We spent five wonderful days at Cémarose Gîte & Spa in Épernay and are absolutely delighted! The accommodation is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offers optimal comfort. With three bedrooms, four comfortable beds, two modern bathrooms, two toilets, and a large, well-kept garden with a jacuzzi, barbecue, and spacious lounge area, the house leaves nothing to be desired.

The hot tub was a real highlight – it was cleaned daily, which impressed us greatly. The private parking right in front of the house also proved very convenient. The fully equipped kitchen, with two coffee makers and numerous small appliances, made preparing meals a pleasure. The high-quality furniture, in excellent condition, gives the house a particularly welcoming atmosphere.

The location is ideal: very quiet, but only a 15-minute walk from the center of Épernay and the famous Avenue de Champagne.

A big thank you to the host, remarkably kind, always available and attentive throughout the stay.

We took a trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with family and friends. We were a group of 6 adults visiting Épernay for the first time. What a very special time we all had, and it was made even more enjoyable by Alex's charming, newly renovated house, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Épernay. It had everything you need for a trip to this beautiful region of France.
Alex was amazing from the moment we booked our trip, with lots of information about the area, what to do and see. She even rushed out to bring us charcoal and matches for our first night's BBQ. Thank you so much Alex.

A great stay in this beautiful house, completely renovated with taste. The jacuzzi is a real plus. Very well equipped, all just 10 minutes from the city center on foot while being in absolute peace and quiet! In the vineyards while being in the city.

This chalet was absolutely perfect for our stay in Epernay! It was such a beautiful and tranquil home with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect for exploring the Champagne region during the day and relaxing in the evening. The garden and space were just perfect. Alex and Cedric were very kind and responsive hosts who made themselves available to answer any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area!

Alex is an excellent host, we had a warm welcome and she took the time to show us around the house.
The house exceeded our expectations: very clean, 3 full bedrooms with comfortable beds, well stocked and an amazing jacuzzi.
The best thing for us is the location. The house is located right next to the town center of Epernay, which makes it very easy to visit some champagne houses on foot.
Overall, we had a great weekend. I highly recommend staying here!

Alex was a wonderful host and the house was perfect. As soon as we booked the house, Alex sent us a long list of recommendations. This was incredibly helpful because one of her tips was to book restaurants early, which we later discovered was absolutely essential. She was always very responsive and helpful.
The house itself is beautiful and recently renovated. Everything is very clean, well-stocked, and generally pleasant to stay in. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The courtyard is particularly beautiful and offers views of the vineyards on the hills from the spa. We had a great stay. The house is also located within walking distance of the main parts of town and is very easily accessible. We had no problems arriving, departing, or getting around.
We highly recommend booking Alex's house for your trip to Epernay!

Alex is a wonderful host and gives excellent recommendations. The location is great and is close to hills full of grape fields, making for beautiful walks in the surrounding area. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and cool off afterward, with the hot tub as the main attraction. I would definitely come back.

This cottage is perfect for exploring Epernay and its surrounding area for up to 6 people. The resort is very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. The hot tub is ready for you upon arrival! A well-equipped kitchen, ample garden furniture, a barbecue, and a garden with a view of the valley are also available. Spacious garage and gated driveway (useful for temporarily storing Champagne instead of leaving it in the car). City center 15 min walk. Host is easily accessible by phone or email for information. Top address!

Our biggest regret was not spending more days in this beautiful house in Epernay! Alex was very welcoming, and this immaculate house was perfect for a family visit. We were there in June and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious patio and backyard. The hot tub was perfect for those chilly nights. Since we had been traveling in hotels for some time, we were grateful for the full-size washer AND dryer (which are sometimes hard to find in Europe). We will definitely book this accommodation again! Only complaints: the upstairs bathroom is small and the stairs creak a bit.
