Reims is easily reached by road in 25 minutes or by train. Epernay city center train station is located 2 km from the cottage. The 35-minute train journey is direct between Epernay and Reims.

In the evening, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the garden are decorated with lights offering you a friendly and warm experience . The jacuzzi is accessible all year round. The experience is even more pleasant in the cold season. This is why it is very popular in the Nordic countries. In the garden, roses, various plants, aromatic herbs and some vegetables from the vegetable garden line the paved path. They are at the discretion of our customers who can enjoy them in season.

Our charming cottage in Epernay in Champagne offers you contemporary, warm and timeless decoration . In the house, designer chandeliers and pendant lights add ambiance to your evenings. To offer you a very comfortable stay, 2 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds 160X200 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80X190.
If you combine relaxation and work , a high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection is at your disposal . You can sit in the living room and on the snack table to work. If you want a little more peace and quiet, a work space is available in the Crépuscule room.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD - a haven of peace
The town of Epernay is a classified tourist resort, close to the town of Reims (25 minutes by car).The house is located in a quiet residential area on the western slopes which benefits from some beautiful addresses of Champagne winegrowers and merchants. The Leclerc Brillant house welcomes you by appointment just a stone's throw from the gîte or the Charles Mignon champagne house which offers tours of its cellars.
You can reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot and the train station in 20 minutes.
Avenue de Champagne, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site since 2015, is 20 minutes away on foot. On both sides, the Champagne Houseshave built there, over the centuries, magnificent residences, headquarters of their Brand or residential residences of their owner. Their architecture is a hymn to the Brand and champagne.

Our vacation rental is also very well located for walks in the vineyard. You reach the hiking trail at the top of the hill in just 10 minutes on foot, you will be surprised by this walking circuit which overlooks the vineyard and offers magnificent views of the city and the Marne valley.
