  • How many people can the ""Le Cémarose"" gîte accommodate?

Our cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

  • How many rooms do you offer?

The Cémarose gîte & spa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 1 Queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each has been designed to provide a comfortable and calming environment.

  • Is there a jacuzzi in the gîte?

Absolutely ! We are proud to offer our customers a private, high-end jacuzzi, offering a haven of relaxation within our gîte "Le Cémarose". Enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation in our jacuzzi, ideal for recharging your batteries after a day of exploring the Champagne region or simply for treating yourself.

  • Is the accommodation suitable for teleworking?

Stay seamlessly connected with our free high-speed WiFi network. You will be able to participate in online meetings, answer your emails and browse the web without worries


Do you have an electric vehicle charging station at Cémarose?

Yes, we have installed an electric vehicle charging station on site to promote sustainable mobility for our customers. Please note that there is a surcharge associated with the use of the charging station to cover electricity costs. (Billing on meter reading: 0.50€/kw)

  • Can we bring our pets?

We love animals, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets in our gîte.

  • Is it necessary to reserve the jacuzzi in advance?

No, advance reservation of the jacuzzi is not necessary.Our private jacuzzi is available to all our guests without prior reservation. Take advantage of it at your convenience during your stay at ""Le Cémarose"" gîte to relax and recharge your batteries.

  • How can I book my stay at Cémarose?

Booking your stay at the ""Le Cémarose"" gîte is simple and secure. To benefit from the best rates available, we strongly encourage you to book directly on our website at www.lecemarose.com .   • Can we pay for the stay in several installments at Cémarose?

When booking online, a prepayment of 20% of the stay amount is required. The balance must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the stay or on site upon arrival, in cash.
We also offer the possibility of paying in 2 or 3 installments free of charge by bank transfer on dates to be defined.

The surroundings of our lodge offer a variety of activities for all desires. You can enjoy picturesque hikes on the hillsides, bike rides along the path, discovering the secrets of local viticulture and enjoying breathtaking views of the champagne vineyards.   • What is the property's cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the time before the arrival date.

· Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay or within 24 hours after the date of the reservation: full refund of the amounts paid.

· Cancellation between 16 and 30 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the amount of the stay will be retained.

· Cancellation 15 days or less before the scheduled arrival date or no-show: the entire stay will be due.

In the event of early departure during your stay,the price of the Rental, additional services and packages will remain fully acquired by the Establishment.

  • Can we take out cancellation insurance?

Absolutely, during the reservation process, you will be asked to opt for cancellation insurance from our partner. However, this is not obligatory.

  • Are there any discounts for extended stays?
