For over five weeks, Épernay becomes an iconic festive destination. The ice rink, located in Place Hugues-Plomb , is open every day (except December 25th and January 1st). The atmosphere is relaxed, festive, and family-friendly.

Saturday, November 29 – Opening of the Féeries (6 p.m.)
The festivities kick off at the foot of the large Christmas tree: lights are switched on, music is played, people are strolling around, and there's a toast to friendship. The evening continues on the ice rink with a DJ set.
Saturday, December 6 – Saint Nicholas
Meeting, photos, music… a beautiful Champagne tradition for young and old alike.
Saturday, December 20 – Santa Claus Day
From the covered market to the grand parade in the city center, Santa Claus, his elves, a brass band, a horse-drawn carriage, and even the Grinch provide entertainment throughout the day. The DJ party returns to the ice rink.
Saturday, January 3 – Gentle closing
King Cake and foam party to end the holidays in a warm atmosphere.

The Habits de Lumière are undoubtedly the most magical moment of the year in Épernay .
For three days, the Avenue de Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, becomes a veritable theatre of sound, light and conviviality.

📅 Highlights of the centenary of Avenue de Champagne
🎨 Open-air exhibition "Champagne Avenue, 100 years already!"
Since January 16, 2025, an open-air exhibition has been retracing the history and heritage of this famous thoroughfare. The themes evolve with the seasons:
🏃♂️ 10 km from Épernay, Champagne Country
On April 25, 2025, more than 1,500 runners will set off from Avenue de Champagne for this iconic race, combining sport and conviviality.
🎶 Music Festival
On June 21, 2025, the gardens of the Town Hall and the museum will come alive with a variety of concerts, celebrating music in all its forms in a festive atmosphere.
🥂 White Party
On July 14, 2025, on the occasion of the National Day and the 10th anniversary of the inscription of the "Slopes, Houses and Cellars of Champagne" as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a white picnic will be organized on the Avenue de Champagne, followed by a popular ball and a fireworks display.

On October 5, 2025, take part in this friendly sporting event on Avenue de Champagne, aiming to collectively cover more than 100 km, whether running or walking.
✨ Clothes of Light
From December 12 to 14, 2025, the 25th edition of this event will illuminate the Avenue de Champagne with street performances, light installations, champagne bars, as well as gastronomic entertainment and a parade of vintage vehicles.
