✧ GARDEN, TERRACE AND JACUZZI - a corner of paradise close to the city centre of Epernay.
In the evening, the terrace, jacuzzi and garden are adorned with lights, offering you a friendly and warm experience . The jacuzzi is available year-round. The experience is even more enjoyable in the colder months, which is why it's so popular in Nordic countries. In the garden, roses, various plants, aromatic herbs, and a few vegetables from the kitchen garden line the paved path. Our guests are welcome to enjoy them when they are in season.

Our charming cottage in Epernay, Champagne, offers a contemporary, warm, and timeless décor . For your ultimate comfort, two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160x200 cm) and one bedroom has two single beds (80x190 cm). The peaceful neighborhood ensures a truly relaxing stay.
If you combine relaxation and work , a high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection is available . You can work in the living room or at the breakfast bar. If you prefer a quieter environment, a workspace is available in the Twilight room.
✧ THE NEIGHBORHOOD - a haven of peace
The town of Épernay is a designated tourist resort, close to Reims (25 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train) . The house is located in a quiet residential area on the western slopes, home to several prestigious Champagne producers and merchants. The Leclerc Brillant wine shop welcomes visitors by appointment just steps from the property, and the Charles Mignon Champagne house offers tours of its cellars.
You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes on foot, the Avenue de Champagne in 15 minutes and the train station in 20 minutes.
The Avenue de Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, is a 15-minute walk away. On either side of the avenue, the Champagne houses have built magnificent mansions over the centuries, serving as headquarters for their brands or as residences for their owners. Their architecture is a tribute to the brand and to Champagne itself.

Our holiday rental is also ideally located for walks in the vineyards. You can reach the hiking trail at the top of the hillside in just 10 minutes on foot; you'll be surprised by this walking route which overlooks the vineyards and offers magnificent views of the town and the Marne Valley.
