What a find! This house was perfect for a family getaway. It had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with plenty of space to relax, and beautiful bathrooms. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, it's very modern and has all the necessary equipment to prepare a meal.
Alex is a remarkable host, always ready to share valuable local tips and clear information about arrival, departure, and using the house according to our needs. She was very responsive to all our questions, always available and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better host! It's clear she takes her role very seriously and does everything to ensure her guests are happy, which made our stay particularly easy and comfortable.
I would recommend this place without hesitation to my family and friends, and of course, I would be delighted to return again and again. See you very soon…

We had a wonderful week at Cémarose. The house was warm, very comfortable, and Alex had put up beautiful Christmas decorations in the living room and outside.
The provisions provided in the kitchen were very generous, which made meal preparation simple and enjoyable.
We would return without hesitation and highly recommend this house, a true "home away from home". A big thank you to Alex.

It's a house where you immediately feel at home: Beautifully decorated with a wonderful atmosphere and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay with friends or family. The cottage is ideally located for exploring Épernay and the surrounding Champagne region. Restaurants and champagne houses are easily accessible on foot, while enjoying a very peaceful environment and superb views.
The garden is particularly peaceful; we enjoyed several quiet afternoons in the shade of the pergola. However, the weather was too hot for us to enjoy the spa!
We recommend this cottage to both couples and families. Access to the house is via a slight incline, but it's easily manageable if you take your time.
Alex has always been very responsive and has proven to be an excellent host.

Alex is an extremely welcoming host. From the moment of booking, she provides a wealth of information about activities and arrival procedures. Once there, a very comprehensive booklet also contains numerous tips and useful information.
The house is truly equipped with all the necessary comforts, impeccably maintained, and very pleasant to live in. The garden is particularly magnificent: with its various seating areas and jacuzzi, it offers genuine moments of relaxation.
Épernay is within walking distance, as are the supermarket, charming shops, and restaurants. Reims is just half an hour away. Parking is available on site or on the street. In short, everything is perfect.

We spent five wonderful days at Cémarose Gîte & Spa in Épernay and were absolutely delighted! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered optimal comfort. With three bedrooms, four comfortable beds, two modern bathrooms, two toilets, and a large, well-maintained garden with a jacuzzi, barbecue, and spacious lounge area, the house leaves nothing to be desired.
The jacuzzi was a real highlight – it was cleaned daily, which impressed us greatly. The private parking right in front of the house was also very convenient. The fully equipped kitchen, with two coffee makers and numerous small appliances, made preparing meals a pleasure. The high-quality furniture, in excellent condition, gives the house a particularly welcoming atmosphere.
The location is ideal: very quiet, but only a 15-minute walk from the centre of Épernay and the famous Avenue de Champagne.
A big thank you to the host, who was remarkably kind, always available and attentive throughout the stay.
We recommend Le Cémarose Gîte & Spa without any reservation – a perfect place for a relaxing break in Champagne!

We took a trip to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday with family and friends. We were a group of 6 adults visiting Épernay for the first time. What a very special time we all had, made even more enjoyable by Alex's charming, recently renovated house, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Epernay. It had everything you could need for a trip to this beautiful region of France.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful, tastefully renovated house. The jacuzzi is a real bonus. Very well equipped, all just a 10-minute walk from the town center, yet in absolute peace and quiet! Surrounded by vineyards, yet still in town.

This chalet was absolutely perfect for our stay in Epernay! It was such a beautiful and peaceful house with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is perfect for exploring the Champagne region during the day and relaxing in the evening. The garden and the space were simply perfect. The best thing for us is the location. The house is located right next to the city centre of Epernay, which makes it very easy to visit some champagne houses on foot.
Overall, we had a great weekend. I highly recommend staying here!

Alex was a wonderful host and the house was perfect. As soon as we booked the house, Alex sent us a long list of recommendations. This was incredibly helpful, as one of her tips was to book restaurants early, which we later discovered was absolutely essential. She was always very responsive and helpful.
The house itself is beautiful and recently renovated. Everything is very clean, well-stocked, and generally very comfortable. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The courtyard is particularly lovely and offers views of the vineyards on the hills from the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay. The house is also very close to the main parts of town and easily accessible. We had no problems with arrival, departure, or getting around.
We highly recommend booking Alex's house for your trip to Epernay!

Alex is a wonderful host and gives excellent recommendations. The location is fantastic and close to rolling hills covered in vineyards, making for lovely walks in the surrounding area. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and refresh afterwards, with the jacuzzi as the main attraction. I would definitely return.

Perfect cottage for up to 6 people to explore Epernay and its surroundings. A very well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped holiday resort. The jacuzzi is already ready upon arrival! The kitchen is well-equipped and offers ample space (garden), furniture, a barbecue, and a garden with views over the valley. There's a spacious garage and a gated driveway (useful for temporarily storing Champagne instead of leaving it in the car). The town center is a 15-minute walk away. The host is easily reachable by phone or email for information. A top-notch place!

Our biggest regret was not spending more days in this beautiful house in Epernay! Alex was very welcoming, and this spotless house was perfect for a family visit. We were there in June and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious patio and backyard. The jacuzzi was perfect for those cool evenings. As we had been traveling and staying in hotels for a while, we were grateful for the full-size washing machine AND dryer (which can sometimes be hard to find in Europe). We will definitely book this accommodation again! Just a couple of minor points: the upstairs bathroom is small and the stairs creak a little.
